This open plan area offers a sociable atmosphere with comfortable seating for 4 around the glass topped dining table looking out through the patio doors onto a private patio and lawn. The kitchen and dining area are extremely well equipped for your self catering needs. The kitchen boasts a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, an electric range with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of high quality crockery and cutlery. Perfect for your self catering needs.

Lounge

The lounge offers a large 2 seater  leather sofa, a large leather chair and tub chair, a colour smart TV, DVD player, iPod dock and various books and magazines  all enhanced by soft floor lighting and lamps making a relaxing atmosphere at any time of the year. (There is also Wi-Fi access)

Landing Area

Between the two bedrooms there is a large built in cupboard which offers that all important extra storage for holiday clothes and cases.

Master Bedroom (first floor)

The master bed room has a luxury 5ft bed, walk in wardrobe, built in bedside tables and dressing table area. The en suite shower/ wet room comprises of a modern white suite with walk in shower with seat and tiled to the same high standard as all the rest of the properties.

Twin Room (first floor)

The twin room does not disappoint offering comfort and quality. With 2 3ft twin beds, plenty of storage, a built in wardrobe and adjoining dressing table this room is both tranquil and relaxing.

Bathroom (first floor)

The first floor bathroom is a generous size, comprising of a white suite, separate walk in shower and echo’s the same high quality décor as the rest of the property. It can be used as an ensuite to the twin room or as the house bathroom. The bathroom also comes with under floor heating.

Outdoor Area

The lawn and patio area are south facing and has the sun (weather permitting) for the majority of the day where you can relax either for early morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day on comfortable outdoor seating.

Laundry Facilities

The Barn, Cottage and Byre all have access to a separate laundry which is a stone building with tiled roof situated approximately 10 metres from the main entrance of the Barn and Cottage and 40 metres from the Byre. The facilities offered are:
