Lounge/Diner/Kitchen

This open plan area offers a sociable atmosphere looking out through the patio doors onto a private patio and lawn. The sitting area offers 2 large comfortable leather sofas, a colour smart TV, DVD player, iPod dock and various books and magazines all enhanced by soft lighting making your holiday a home from home. (There is also Wi-Fi access). There is a modern Jotul wood burning stove for those chilly days however the under floor heating provides warmth and comfort. The kitchen and dining area are extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, an electric range with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and plenty of high quality crockery and cutlery. Perfect for your self catering needs. The dining area looks out through patio doors and the glass panels above give it a light airy feel, the refectory style table comfortably seating 6, however this does extend to seat 12.

Twin Room 1 (Downstairs)

This bedroom offers disabled access and is spacious to accommodate any wheelchair users. It comprises of 2 high quality 3ft twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table.

Downstairs Wetroom

This well-appointed wet room has under floor heating. It comprises of a toilet, shower and hand basin which can be adjusted height wise to accommodate the specifications of wheelchair users.

Master Bedroom (First Floor)

The master bed room has a luxury 5ft bed, built in wardrobe, shelving and dressing table. It offers a separate seating area if you want to just chill out away from the main living area. The ensuite bathroom comprises of a modern white suite with overhead shower above the bath and is tiled to the same high standard as the wet room.

Twin Room 2 (Upstairs)

The twin room does not disappoint offering comfort and quality. With 2 3ft twin beds, plenty of storage for all your holiday clothes and an easy chair to relax in for those quiet moments.

Outdoor Area

The lawn and patio area are south facing and has the sun (weather permitting) for the majority of the day where you can relax either for early morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day on comfortable outdoor seating.

Laundry Facilities

The Barn, The Cottage and The Byre all have access to a separate laundry which is a stone building with tiled roof, situated approximately 10 metres from the main entrance of The Barn and The Cottage and 40 metres from The Byre.
