The Byre

The Byre is situated in its own grounds offering that special holiday accommodation for a romantic break for 2 people in Whitby.

Entrance Hall
This entrance lobby is roomy and has the bonus of an under stair cupboard to hide away suitcases and has hanging space for coats if they are needed!

Master Bedroom (ground floor)
The master bed room is large and has a calm atmosphere having views onto a private garden through concertina doors. It has a luxury 5ft bed, wardrobe, dressing table and tub chair. The ensuite bathroom comprises of a modern white suite with overhead shower above the bath finished in high quality tiling and under floor heating for a touch of luxury.

Open Plan Lounge/Diner/Kitchen (first floor)
This open plan area is situated on the first floor, with uninterrupted views across the fields of Carr Mount Estate through concertina sliding doors which if the weather is good leads out onto a small balcony with outside seating for two to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee or just eat al fresco. The lounge area has two very comfortable large swivel chairs (there is plenty of room for 2 to sit in one for that more intimate touch), a colour smart TV, DVD player and ipod dock making a cosy and relaxing atmosphere (There is also Wi-Fi access). The kitchen and dining area are extremely well equipped, incorporating a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, a full size electric cooker with induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and all associated crockery, cutlery and glasses. Ideal for all your self catering needs.

Outdoor Area
The lawn and patio area are facing west and make an ideal area to watch the sun set either from the privacy of here or the balcony above.

Children
Our property is not suitable for children.

Laundry Facilities
You will have access to a separate laundry which is a stone building with tiled roof, situated 40 metres from the Byre.
